a little bit about

hi!

my name is melanie and I am a montreal-based self-taught artist! while my day job consists of working in a corporate environment, the majority of my spare time consists of creating and experimenting with art. especially these days during the current pandemic, art has been a wonderful escape and positive place to focus my energy.

art was always something i was drawn to (no pun intended). i began drawing and doodling when i was in elementary school and over the years, with patience and practice, i began to develop my own unique voice through my art and discovered it was a release for stress and anxiety.

my shop features fashion illustration prints, original pieces, some plant and flower artwork, and some dreamy and calming abstract pieces.

all works are handmade by me :)
